Raised between Berkeley and Sacramento most of his young years before settling in the capitol until the sun came around 19 times and he readied himself for Atlanta the center of energy in the United States.
A unique man that has expanded, grown, condensed, learned, reformed, dabbled, and generally evolutionized in his time - he is like many other beings (whether cat or dog) in the galaxy - trying to fulfil his purpose.
